An angry customer shared in a review "Unfortunately, I chose AmeriHealth for 2018 because the monthly premium was $100 less per month than Horizon BC/BS. What a mistake. I have never had such a bad experience with any company in my life and as this is regarding my healthcare, it is important. A few examples: On hold yesterday for 45 minutes and never got anyone to pick up, had a question on coverage, they outsource Customer Service, despite having autopay from my bank, I've received letters that I'm not covered for non-payment."
Former Employee - Senior Claims Examiner says"High caseloads, very little structure and poor communication (from management). No opportunity for advancement."
